Are you an Engineering Manager or similar from a Commercial Vehicle / Buses / Fleet background looking for an autonomous leadership role where you will be the go-to Engineering specialist within a leading company experiencing a period of major growth who offer ongoing progression right through to directorship?
This well-established Bus company are part of a wider group who have been delivering their essential service for over 100 years across the UK. They have recently encountered a period of major growth and due to this expansion are looking to bring on a new Engineering Manager to oversee site operations.
In this role you will be the go-to Engineering specialist within the company as you oversee all day-to-day depot operations. This includes scheduling, planning and delegating workload to ensure a high level of service delivery as you manage the engineering team of 15 and liaise closely with other departments, playing a key role in the tight-knit senior leadership team.

The Role:
* Oversee all Engineering operations on site
* Manage engineering team of 15
* Check vehicle availability, plan schedule and delegate
* Responsible for delivery of high rate service
* Support and mentor junior team members
