Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 0845 - 1645 Rate Of Pay: £12.21 Per Hour Job Duties / Responsibilities : Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner. Use of Outlook. Use of Live Chat / Messaging services. Utilise CRM database to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications. Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their financial needs. Maintain a professional demeanor while handling challenging situations or complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry. Requirements / Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Ability to work on Live Chat Proficiency in using databases or similar customer relationship management software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
