Responsibilities
* Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
* Support people with complex needs, including assistance with medication and some personal care needs
* Be part of a team and work across shifts (e.g., 8-3, 3-10, waking nights and sleep-in) as part of a 7-on, 7-off style workflow
* Engage in activities and daily living tasks to promote independence and well-being
* Participate in ongoing training, development and progression opportunities provided by the employer
