The Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £45,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working, study support if required and private medical!
Primary responsibilities;
1. End-to-end preparation of monthly management accounts
2. Production of accurate and timely weekly reports for senior management
3. Updating and maintaining financial dashboards to support decision-making
4. Oversee stock forecasting and integration with purchasing function
5. Ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the general ledger and payables ledger
6. Enforcing financial controls and improving processes where needed
7. Supporting ad-hoc financial analysis and business initiatives
8. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide insight and financial support
9. Ability to process a monthly payroll
Key experience and attributes;
10. Extensive experience in accounting compliance
11. Part/qualified accountant or qualified by experience
12. Strong understanding of accounting principles and management reporting
13. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
14. Highly tech-savvy, with confidence in Excel and modern accounting/reporting tools
15. Adaptable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
16. Positive "can-do" attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done
