Administrator - Moodiesburn Contract Type: Temporary - 3 Months Location: Moodiesburn (Hybrid working available after training) Pay Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 per hour (DOE) Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM We're currently seeking an organised Administrator to support a busy team in Moodiesburn on a 3-month contract. This role will suit someone with excellent organisational skills, strong excel skills and the ability to communicate confidently with others. Role Overview: You will play a key part in supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, focusing particularly on: Document control and H&S document management Scanning and digitally filing training documents under the appropriate areas and job titles Maintaining and organising spreadsheets with training data and information Ensuring all records are accurate, up to date, and stored correctly Communicate with management for any information required to do the role effectively The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in an administrative or document control role High attention to detail and accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and file management systems Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks A proactive, can-do attitude If you feel you have the right experience and are able to travel to Moodiesburn, then please get in touch now for further details.
