Salary: £38,000 - 45,000 per year Requirements:
* Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within an MSP environment
* Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
* A methodical and calm approach under pressure
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Core technical skills:
* - Windows Server (setup, troubleshooting, maintenance)
* - Microsoft 365 administration and support
* - Active Directory & Group Policy
* - Network support (routers, switches, firewalls; WatchGuard experience is a bonus)
* - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
* - Strong experience with remote and on-site troubleshooting
* - Comfortable working across a broad IT estate (hardware, software, cloud, networking)
* - Experience delivering infrastructure projects and identifying opportunities for improvement
Responsibilities:
* Provide 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshooting
* Lead smaller client projects and rearchitect customer networks
* Act as an escalation point for complex issues
* Install, configure, and support client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platforms
* Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality technical delivery
* Attend client sites when required (local travel)
