We are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our growing team and support the companys continued expansion. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed quotations for fabrication and installation projects. Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing. Submit tenders and follow up with clients, negotiating terms where appropriate. Monitor and control project costs and variations. Identify new tender opportunities and contribute to business development. Conduct onsite meetings and assist with confirmation of dimensions Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years experience in a QS/Estimator role within steel fabrication or construction. Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and specifications. Excellent commercial and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software advantageous. Desirable HNC/HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering. Strong understanding of mild steel, stainless steel, and structural steel products.
