We’re seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary setting in Bournemouth, working with students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This full-time role starts in September 2025, from 8.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, during term time. You’ll be joining a specialist provision that provides a nurturing, structured and high-impact environment for students who thrive with tailored support and consistent adult presence.
