Your new role
This is a key role within the Client Onboarding team, acting as a subject-matter expert for AML/CTFpliance and Client Due Diligence (CDD). You’ll oversee theplete onboarding lifecycle for new and related parties, run periodic reviews, and provide escalation support to junior analysts. This position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence best practice.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including KYC profiling, document collection, verification and risk assessment
2. Supporting operational teams with CDD related queries and changes in client structures
3. Maintaining accurate data and documentation across internal systems
4. Managing your own workload effectively while supporting junior colleagues with prioritisation
5. Providing training, guidance and constructive feedback to less experienced team members
6. Identifying and escalating gaps, risks or process issues
7. Assisting with regulatory reporting and due diligence responses
8. Participating in system enhancements, testing and process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
9. Experience in AML/CTF and Client Due Diligence within financial services (, fiduciary, fund administration, trust/corporate services, banking or investment management)
10. Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and client lifecycle management
11. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate approach
12. Proactive and solution-focused, with strong organisational skills
13. Ability to manage multiple deadlines andpeting priorities
14. Strong IT literacy, including MS Office and the ability to navigateplex systems
