Private Client Senior Associate

You'll join our Oxford office as a Senior Associate in Private Client, working with a close-knit team that values collaboration, technical excellence, and client care. This role offers both autonomy and support, ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate looking to take on greater accountability in their practice.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on estate planning, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income Tax considerations
* Obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration and administering estates, including foreign domicile and intestacy
* Providing trust advice, including the creation, management, and administration of trusts with support from our dedicated Trust and Tax Team

We're Looking For
* Solid background in wills and probate with experience of running independent caseloads
* Strong technical competence and intellectual ability (STEP qualification preferred or willingness to obtain)
* Confident, personable approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to supervise, delegate, and work effectively as part of a team
* Appreciation of high levels of client care and strong relationship management skills
