Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised individual with 3+ year's events experience (preferably in financial services/investment management) to join a fast-growing Fintech firm. Reporting to Neudata's Commercial Director - Data Provider Products, you will help us to develop, nurture and expand our events programme (in-person and online) as well as take charge of project managing our 1-2-1 networking process. Your role will focus on high quality project management, event operations, event programming and overall event management.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of our 1-2-1 networking programme - engaging with internal stakeholders and driving improvements in current processes
* Deliver small satellite events (60-150 people) within our events portfolio (research, programming, and operations)
* Identify and acquire senior level speakers across these events
* Contribute to event and 1-2-1 networking outreach strategy, working closely with our marketing function to grow our events
* Ensure strong communication and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
* Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers
Who we are looking for
* Degree level education
* 2+ years events experience with some exposure to a formalised 1-2-1 networking programme
* Exceptional organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
* Strong MC Office skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An interest in the world of Investment Management, Data and Business
