Part Time) Customer Service Administrator | Mansfield | £25,000 p.a FTE (£16,666 pro rata) plus discretionary bonus
Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm (possible flex) | Permanent Position
A growing and thriving business based in Mansfield is looking for a proactive and versatile Customer Service & Operations Administrator to join their small, close-knit team. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment where no two days are the same!
What we're looking for:
At least 3 years’ experience in an online retail or wholesale environment
A strong background in customer service
Confident Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Excellent communication and organisation skills
A proactive, self-motivated attitude and keen eye for detail
A willingness to get stuck in and support wherever needed
The finer elements of the role include:
Managing all aspects of customer service, both pre- and post-sale
Handling back orders and order-related queries
Coordinating showroom appointments and customer visits
Supporting fulfilment and delivery processes
Providing general administrative support across the business as needed
