THE ROLE:
Affinity Fire Engineering is a specialised fire safety consultancy firm servicing a diverse range of clients and sectors throughout the UK and Ireland. · Review deed of appointments and collateral warranties and carefully amend the wording in line with advice from our external insurers.
· Liaise with clients and senior management to negotiate amendments until a reasonable final position is reached.
· Coordinate with project leader in order to thoroughly review agreed service scope and fees within each contract, guaranteeing transparency and alignment with project objectives.

· Provide administrative support to Finance Director.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all legal communications with client, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Your key strengths will be communication and organisation. Both are essential to the success of these projects. You must be able to toe the line between assertive and professional.

· Hold either a full university degree or equivalent, or 3 grade B and above A-levels.
· Will be comfortable working autonomously with little supervision.
