Primary Teacher

Monarch Education are currently working alongside a Primary School in the Redditch area who are looking for a Teacher to work a regular 2/3 days a week (days remain flexible). The successful candidate will play a key role in each student's confidence building in their first years of school. You must be flexible working with KS1 and KS2 for this role and must have QTS to be considered.
Requirements of applicant:
* Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
* Experienced teaching children in KS1 and KS2
* Outstanding knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
* Passion for teaching children and achieving results
* Able to easily identify areas of strength and weaknesses for each pupil and adapt tasks accordingly
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide high quality teaching and support for children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
* Actively promote the learning and development for each pupil in your care
* Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for children
* Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
* Follow policies and procedures in line with safeguarding and child protection guidelines
