At Pendlebury House, we provide rehabilitation packages for both informal and detained patients under the Mental Health Act. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will:
* Liaise regularly with the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) and lead evidence-based frameworks and treatments.
* Develop individualized care packages and risk management plans, focusing on discharge planning.
* Embed a ‘recovery-focused’ pathway into daily routines.
* Supervise, guide, and mentor staff while leading shifts.
* Engage in audits, including Clinical Audits and Health and Safety reviews.
* Participate in MDT reviews and provide out-of-hours phone advice as part of the ‘On-Call’ system.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We are looking for someone who possesses:
* A strong knowledge of working with patients experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, including dual-diagnosis.
* Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in IT and a commitment to acting as a professional role model.
You will work 37 hours per week, participating in shift work and night duty on a rotational basis, while receiving supervision from the Clinical Lead and offering guidance to your peers.
