We’re looking for a results-driven Account Manager to oversee key regional contracts—focusing on retention, growth, and outstanding client care. You’ll be the go-to partner for clients across commercial, public sector, and infrastructure portfolios, delivering services such as landscaping, winter maintenance, and estate upkeep.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and grow client accounts in your assigned region

Maximise contract value through upselling and service optimisation
*
Build multi-level relationships within client organisations
*
Ensure service delivery excellence in partnership with ops teams
*
Support retention and renewals through strong commercial insights
*
Travel regionally with flexible, hybrid working options
🎯 What You’ll Bring:

Proven account management experience (essential)
*
Strong commercial acumen and a consultative sales approach
*
Background in facilities management, landscaping, or soft FM (preferred)
*
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
*
Confidence managing contracts and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
*
Full UK driving licence
