Laskowski & Co is seeking an experienced Residential Sales Negotiator to join our team in Falmouth.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience as a Sales Negotiator. Listing experience is a bonus, but the key focus is someone confident matching buyers to homes, progressing complex sales from offer to completion, and delivering a first-class service to clients and customers.

Location: Falmouth
Pay: Dependent on experience
Additional pay: Bonus scheme
Holiday entitlement: 20 days per annum excluding bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per annum per year of employment)
Schedule: Monday to Friday + inclusion on Saturday rota
Licence/certification: Driving licence (essential)
