Senior Data Analyst, Players Hertfordshire | £80,000 to £95,000 base plus bonus | Hybrid, 3 days in office

You will operate at pace, work through ambiguity, and partner closely with senior leaders to solve some of the most complex and high impact player challenges in a regulated consumer environment.

Marketing and digital are major investment areas, supported by one of the largest and most sophisticated data estates in the UK.
The Role
* Sit within a central Player Analytics team supporting digital, marketing, CRM and wider commercial initiatives
* Lead ad hoc deep dive analysis to uncover player behaviour, commercial opportunities and risks
* Partner with senior stakeholders to shape decisions around product launches, digital optimisation and innovation
* Build commercial models to assess upside, cannibalisation and portfolio level impact
* Evaluate new game mechanics and incentive structures, including financial impact and responsible play considerations
* Design and analyse test and learn activity, measuring uplift and unintended consequences
* Act as a trusted thought partner, anticipating questions and challenging assumptions with confidence
Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial analytics experience in a fast paced, consumer or digital environment
* Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in modern cloud data warehouses
* Hands on experience with Python and or R for advanced analysis such as segmentation, cohorting or clustering
* Confidence working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
* Ability to clearly articulate complex insights to senior, non technical stakeholders
* Exposure to regulated industries and an understanding of responsible customer engagement is highly valued
