The Client and Business Services team provide an essential service to the UK business covering a wide range of operational support including data management and document production. The role will sit as part of the Business Services team providing a wide range of services to the business ranging from document production, reformatting, and compilation of basic information for bids etc. The team are also responsible for the management of all templates and the UK content library ensuring that information is reviewed and updated regularly by the relevant owners. It is anticipated that this role will work alongside the team manager in the management of this area. The Team are part of the Business Development and Marketing team, a highly ambitious team that is changing the way new business, client development and client relations are maximised and capitalised on at Avison Young. Main duties, accountability, and responsibilities Supporting the business requests for document production and formatting using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Completing basic information for key documents/templates (bids, invoices) Assisting the business in formatting and redesigning bid proposals/presentations Completing standard questions for client/supplier questionnaires and bids and liaising with other departments to gather information. Supporting the Team Manager in the management of content library and compiling new content from the business Providing support and online training to users of Winscribe Monitor the Business Services inbox and providing helpdesk support. Ensuring quality and brand/template conformity of all final documents produced Audio/copy typing and data input when required. Supporting raising awareness and communicating across the business the services available. Desired skills and experience Core Skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and similar products – Word, PowerPoint and Excel are essential. Experience using Winscribe client manager (or other similar product) Experience in content management and governance Planning of process and workflows Person Skills Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines. A proactive, flexible and hands on approach Able to time manage and prioritise their own work. Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Flexibility to learn new software/skills.
