Key Responsibilities: Management and development of a defined customer portfolio Establishment and expansion of the strategic network with partners, associations, and other players Design and implementation of new strategies in marketing and sales Making forecasts of future trends and developments Knowledge transfer to the organization Monitoring and reporting Market and competitor analysis Presence at trade fairs and conferences The Ideal candidate will have: A strong commercial and financial mindset to understand business impact. The ability to influence and engage people at all levels within an organisation. Confidence in communicating clearly and effectively, both in writing and face-to-face, across different teams. Active listening skills to truly understand customer needs and respond accordingly The resilience to perform well under pressure when deadlines and targets matter. A foundational knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques. Strong communication skills to persuade, negotiate, and present confidently in meetings and training sessions. Good time management skills to prioritise and manage your workload efficiently. Comfortable using MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel. Preferably some business-to-business sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales environment (desirable) Project management skills or experience will be a plus.
