Join Our Team as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, all year round
Salary: £30,387.50

Our newly refurbished nursery boasts five spacious rooms and a dedicated soft play area, creating inspiring spaces for exploration and development. Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
* Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
* Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborate with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
* Over 1 year of experience in Early Years - desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
