Key Responsibilities
* Help deliver a great guest experience every single shift
* Lead and support the team on the floor during busy services
* Set the tone with energy, pace, and positivity
* Support training and development so your team can grow
* Help the restaurant run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
* Make sure standards stay high and the team feels supported
* Act on guest feedback to improve service and experience
* Support your GM in building a strong, motivated team culture
* Get stuck into day‑to‑day operations and lead by example
* Build your confidence and prepare for your next leadership step
