Purpose of the position
Jack Links is a family-owned and value-driven business dedicated to crafting protein-packed snacks loved worldwide. Their brands include fast-growing, innovative protein snack brands such as Jack Link's, BiFi, and Peperami.
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager UK to oversee the growth of the Peperami brand in the UK and Ireland by co-developing and executing the brand marketing plan, leading consumer-led initiatives, and supporting sales in the market. The role reports to the Head of the Peperami brand.
Responsibilities
* Co-develop and implement brand strategy and positioning, assessing effectiveness.
* Develop marketing plans to meet brand and commercial objectives.
* Plan, execute, and analyze annual brand and communication strategies, including ATL & BTL campaigns and media.
* Lead NPD launches, collaborating with R&D and operations to ensure timely delivery.
* Work with Category, Shopper, and Sales teams on consumer propositions and communications.
* Participate in the cross-functional Country Business Team (CBT) and Marketing & Sales Team to achieve commercial targets.
* Support teams with market, brand, and product insights.
* Analyze market and consumer data to recommend growth strategies.
* Manage marketing budgets effectively.
* Benchmark against competitors and market best practices.
Experience
* Over 7 years of FMCG marketing experience, especially in brand management, including communications, portfolio management, and innovation.
* Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience in ATL and BTL campaigns, digital, social media, and media planning.
* Proven success in launching NPD and driving sales growth in the market.
* Market knowledge of FMCG in the UK and Ireland.
* Strong planning, prioritization, and strategic skills.
* Ability to apply business insights and drive action.
* Excellent communication and influence skills.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable.
