Block Management Properties

Block Management Properties. You will be part of a team of Property Managers assisted by Reactive Maintenance and Facilities Co‑ordinators and will report to the Associate Director of Property Management. This role offers an opportunity to learn, develop knowledge and skills, with training, development and progression within a multi‑discipline, long established Property Company.

Up to £75,000 per annum (full‑time)


Responsibilities

* Pro‑active management of all key L & T events and critical date management on our CRM.
* Oversee the rent collection process with the Credit Controller, ensure arrears are being chased and discuss steps for recovery of unpaid rent with the Associate Director.
* Ensure all properties remain compliant with insurance requirements, H&S regulations and relevant legislation to protect our client’s position.
* Prepare annual service charge budgets for block management properties and review and assist in reconciling receipts and expenses accounts.
* Act as a conduit between various service lines to keep Property Management central to transactions and position the client as a trusted Property Advisor.
* Effective client liaison; maintain key client relationships.
* Ensure compliance with all external and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPI’s are upheld across the portfolio (including end‑to‑end service charge process).
* Liaise effectively with the Reactive Maintenance and Tenant Support team to ensure issues are dealt with timely.
* Liaise with the Accounts team to update records and assist with accounts queries; maintain all records on our CRM for PPM and compliance.


Qualifications

* 2–3 years experience working in a Property Management Company, ideally as a Junior Commercial or Block Property Manager.
* Passion for property and willingness to learn, progress and go the extra mile.
* Experience with CRM systems such as TRAMPS or Fixflo (training provided if not).
* RICS, TPI qualifications desirable.
* Good planning, organising and aptitude for finance, budgeting and accounts.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
