Customer Service Administrator - Part Time - 20 Hours
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in databases or spreadsheets.
* Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
* Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email and dealing with in a professional manner.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
* Willingness to take on additional tasks or assist with projects as required.
The successful candidate will have:

* An ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment?
* Being able to use your own initiative when completing day to day tasks?
* Comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs especially Excel & Word
