As the clinical lead, you will work closely with the Nurse Team Non-clinical Manager and Practice Manager to provide leadership to the nursing team and oversee the delivery of nursing services across the practice.</p><p>The role focuses on maintaining clinical standards, improving services, and supporting the ongoing professional development of nurses and healthcare assistants.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a local Practice Nurse who enjoys leadership and is committed to providing high-quality care in a primary care setting.
