Who We Are
At LexiaUK, we are passionate about transforming literacy education. For over 30 years, we’ve partnered with schools across the UK and Ireland to deliver evidence-based, personalised literacy solutions that help every learner thrive. Our mission - Literacy for All, guides our work as we combine cutting-edge technology, expert teaching tools, and dedicated support to empower educators and unlock student potential. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of learners and shaping a more literate future.
About the Role
As a Literacy Partnerships Advocate at LexiaUK, you will be a leading face and voice of our literacy solutions, championing the science of reading and building meaningful partnerships with schools, trusts, and educational leaders. This is a dynamic, hybrid role that blends thought leadership, customer engagement, and strategic business development.
You’ll work closely with high-value customers, deliver impactful presentations and training, and represent LexiaUK at conferences, webinars, and events. Your deep passion for literacy and ability to connect with educators will drive both new business and long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Build and nurture strategic partnerships with schools, trusts, and educational organisations to drive growth, with a focus on customer retention activities.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation and renewals activities.

* Act as a brand ambassador for LexiaUK in the education space.
* Deliver engaging presentations, training sessions, and webinars, including breakfast and twilight events.
* Represent LexiaUK at exhibitions, conferences, and workshops.
* Create customer-facing content such as PowerPoints, blogs, white papers, and proposals.
* Support the design and delivery of LexiaUK-hosted events and training initiatives.
* Helping onboard new team members and deliver parts of our company-wide induction programme.
What You’ll Bring
* Passionate about literacy and educational impact.
* Although we believe this role requires a background in education (at least 5+ years’ teaching experience), it would be particularly well suited to an Assistant Head Teacher, Head of Department, or someone with experience in Inclusion, Literacy, English leadership, or a similar area.
* Degree-educated and highly literate, with strong written and verbal communication skills – a natural networker with astute commercial awareness.
* Comfortable working independently, setting your own plan, and reporting results.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing market and business needs.
* Willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
* Full clean driving licence with own car.
* No issue passing a DBS check.
* This is a hybrid role, requiring a suitable home working environment that enables focused work and virtual collaboration. Reliable internet connection required.
