Plan and schedule daily tasks for your allocated service technicians to meet customer requirements. Maintain and update the database, including site and equipment details. Provide timely updates to customers regarding ongoing repairs or orders. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient operations. Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a varied scheduling role within a busy environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Professional and friendly telephone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills.
