The Role of an Unqualified Teacher in Northampton, Northamptonshire
Delivering engaging, structured lessons across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
Supporting learners who may have experienced disrupted education
Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing learning environment
Building positive relationships that encourage progress and confidence
Working collaboratively with a supportive, specialist team
Committing to a full-time, Monday–Friday position with long-term continuity in Northampton, Northamptonshire
What We’re Looking For in an Unqualified Teacher.
Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
Experience supporting or teaching secondary-aged learners
Understanding of SEMH needs or willingness to learn
A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Full-time availability and commitment to a long-term role in Northampton, Northamptonshire.
