We are seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to provide person-centred care to vulnerable adults in the community. Clients may present with diverse needs including dementia, brain injury, alcohol use disorder, and age-related conditions. You’ll assist with daily living, personal care, emotional support, and promoting independence, while respecting dignity and choice. This role involves travel between customers homes, flexible hours, and working collaboratively with families and professionals. Experience in care is desirable, full training is provided.
