We’re looking for exceptional graduates and aspiring future business leaders to join our client, Nikon — a leading international technology solutions company — on their Management Development Programme. This is a permanent job opportunity.
You must have the following:-
A degree, with a 2:1 or above classification (having studied at a Top 40 league table of universities)
Achieved GCSE and A ‘level results obtaining A and B grades, lower grades will not be considered
Be able to clearly demonstrate your leadership skills
Be able to clearly demonstrate your commercial knowledge and experience
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a good first degree, with a 2:1 or 1st (having studied at a Top 40 UK University)
2. Professional with leadership potential
3. Able to set and achieve challenging goals
4. Analytical: comfortable with numbers and data
5. Proactive attitude: a quick and willing learner
6. Able to create and maintain strong working relationships: personable and approachable style
7. Creative problem solver
8. Uses time efficiently and works to high quality standards
9. Able to adapt to change and cope with uncertainty
10. Responsible and committed
The opportunity will involve working in 4 different departments over a 2 year period that cover marketing, sales, commercial and services.

11. Starting base salary of £31,000 p.a., with regular reviews
