The role
* Lead/oversee a range RWE studies for Global Pharma/Biotech clients
* Line manage & guide a talent team of technical experts
* Stay close to delivery, providing senior level oversight on studies, QC, guidance on protocols/methods, typically leading teams of 3-6
* Contribute to BD, scoping out client needs, converting RfP's, expanding flowing warm accounts
* Work in a highly collaborative team providing integrated solutions across RWE, HEOR & Market Access
* Contribute to a considered and credible approach to utilising AI alongside tried and trusted methodologies
Ideal profile
* Experienced RWE study lead/team lead - preferably with several years relevant consulting experience
* Comfortable with BD, scoping needs, expanding relationships
* Hands on programming/execution of analysis not required, great resources in place for this!
* Experience in a 'Sell & Deliver' role
