ABOUT THE ROLE As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. Main duties of the job

As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll perform a variety of tasks to help deliver quality care. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, and engaging with residents and visitors. This role requires multi-tasking abilities, good computer skills, and a confident phone manner. A genuine interest in residents and their families is also crucial.
