About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Project Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin and skilled in communication. You’ll support the Project Manager in keeping projects on track and organized. A positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to juggle multiple tasks are key.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize meetings (bookings, agendas, minutes)
* Support relocation logistics with minimal disruption
* Track project tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
* Help prepare monthly project reports (status updates, delays, milestones)
* Maintain organized project records and documentation
* Support general admin tasks as needed
* Assist Procurement Manager with:
* Supplier selection (clarify requests, strategy approval, ordering, tracking deliveries)
* Supplier qualification (information collection, agreement negotiation, certification review)
Requirements:
* Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organized, dependable, and a strong team player
