The role offers a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an achievable OTE of £60,000.

About You
We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the York dealership. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining high standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will foster a customer-centric environment through communication, team building, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through a motivated sales team.
* Manage training and development of sales staff.
* Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress.
* Work with the Dealer Principal to maximize profitability.
* Develop strategies to increase business and sales volume.
* Oversee sales campaigns and promotional activities.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Build relationships with financial institutions and relevant businesses.
* Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
* Communicate effectively with customers for long-term marketing.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and sensitively.

Working Hours
Typically between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturdays; and 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays. The role involves shift patterns averaging 41.5 hours per week over a four-week cycle.
