This exciting Financial Services organisation offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Resilience professional to enhance the current BCM function and Operational Resilience Framework. The role provides ownership of your work and significant development opportunities.
Responsibilities include supporting operational resilience documentation, embedding the resilience programme, mapping critical business services, supporting exercises and training, conducting BIAs, testing plans, and other related duties.
Applicants must have extensive experience with UK Operational Resilience Regulations and BCM.
The package includes an annual bonus, pension contributions, income protection, critical illness cover, private medical insurance, among other benefits. The role requires 3 days a week in the central London office and 2 days remote.
