We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to join our Fleet team in Longtown, working on a part-time basis.
We are seeking a well-organized individual to provide administration support to the Fleet Department, ensuring the efficient and effective daily operation of the department.
The role involves working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00.

Responsibilities
* Processing vehicle defects onto the Fleet Maintenance system
* Updating Fleet Excel spreadsheets with current information
* Producing KPIs and monthly reports
* Maintaining vehicle files in compliance with legislation
* Providing support to the Fleet Department as needed
* Scanning and filing documentation
* Performing other duties as required
Requirements
* Previous administrative experience
* Experience in the transport or haulage industry is preferred but not essential
Skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Ability to work under pressure individually and in a team
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, proficient in spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
* Professional telephone manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Driving license (Car) is essential
