Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases.
* Efficiently process transactions using the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments.
* Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable items.
* Upsell additional products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
* Maintain an organised checkout area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.
* Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, date rotation on stock and reporting low stock levels.
