We have a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary seeking a new challenge with an award-winning firm.

The firm prides itself on its approachable attitude towards both staff and clients, offering competitive salaries, flexible working, and genuine progression opportunities.

Typical duties would include:

* Audio and copy typing correspondence, legal forms and quotes.
* Answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
* Administrative duties such as photocopying and updating client details.
* Filing and maintaining up-to-date files.
* Arranging appointments and communicating with clients.
* Inputting data into the firm's case management system.
* Preparing bundles for court.

The successful candidate:

* Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary.
* Excellent technical skills, including a fast and accurate typing speed.
* The ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
* Good communication skills and a confident, friendly manner, both over the phone and in person.
* Strong attention to detail.

It would be beneficial but isn't essential if the successful candidate had previous experience working within Conveyancing.
