Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting experienced SEN Teachers to work within specialist schools across Oxford and surrounding areas from September 2026.
We are seeking dedicated and passionate teachers who have previous experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are committed to creating positive learning environments where every student can thrive.
The Role
You will be working within supportive SEN settings with pupils aged 5–18, supporting a range of additional needs including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
* Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
* Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
* ADHD and associated behavioural needs
* Sensory processing difficulties
Roles are available on a full-time and part-time basis, with long-term, short-term, and permanent opportunities available.
Requirements
We are looking for teachers who:
* Hold QTS/QTLS or equivalent teaching qualifications
* Have previous experience working within SEN settings
* Are confident adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
* Can build positive relationships with students, staff, and families
* Are patient, resilient, and passionate about SEN education
