About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our window cleaning business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling & Route Planning
* Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for window cleaning teams.
* Customer Communication
* Send appointment reminders via text before scheduled visits.
* Issue payment links to customers after services are completed.
* Financial Admin
* Cross-check payments received against internal records and spreadsheets.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and liaise with the accounts team regarding bank transfers.
* Data & File Management
* Maintain and update shared drives for storing photos from commercial jobs.
* Organise and label files for easy access and reference.
* Use Excel to manage schedules, track payments, and generate reports.
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
20 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 12pm
