The role:
10. Oversee daily food preparation, primarily breakfast and lunch service, with occasional hospitality functions
11. Deliver food production in line with established recipes, systems, and brand standards
12. Support kitchen operations, ensuring all procedures and standards are followed
13. Assist with team supervision, performance monitoring, and record keeping
14. Contribute to menu planning to meet customer demand while maintaining profitability
15. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
16. Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
17. Report incidents and maintain high safety standards
18. Manage opening and closing procedures for shifts
19. Build strong working relationships across the team
20. Participate in ongoing training and development

21. Previous experience working as a Chef in a similar environment
