This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin or advance their career in a commercial, customer focused environment within the industrial or technical sector. The role acts as a key communication link between customers, agents, distributors, and internal departments, supporting the full sales administration process from enquiry through to order completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all customer enquiries, quotations, and orders. Receive and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and tender documentation, ensuring timelines are managed effectively. Liaise closely with technical sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to customers. Enter and update orders in the ERP system, maintaining data accuracy throughout. Conduct regular telephone and email follow-ups with customers, maintaining detailed records within the CRM system. Provide aftersales support and assist with general sales administration and office coordination. Contribute as an active member of the Sales Administration and Marketing team. Essential Skills & Experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and confident telephone manner. Strong organisational ability and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented, diligent, and committed to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proficient in English and confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Qualifications Degree in Engineering/Science or a related technical discipline is required. Personal Attributes Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to work.
