Trainer - Automation Control Systems - The Role:
* Develop and deliver training programs covering PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and industrial automation systems
* Create training materials including manuals, presentations and practical workshop exercises
* Deliver classroom and hands‑on technical training sessions
* Train engineers on industrial communication protocols including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet and TCP/IP
* Assess trainee performance and provide technical coaching and feedback
* Support troubleshooting and real‑world problem‑solving exercises
* Work closely with project teams to align training with operational and industry requirements
* Help maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
Trainer Automation Control Systems - What We re Looking For:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or similar
* Strong experience with industrial automation systems such as Siemens, Allen‑Bradley or Schneider
* Good understanding of control systems, instrumentation and industrial networking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
* Hands‑on engineering mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of safety and quality standards beneficial
