Due to recent client wins, a leading Pension Consultancy is looking for Senior Pension Administrators to join their team.
You will be responsible for providing service to a portfolio of pension scheme clients of varying sizes. Your role includes managing all day-to-day activities related to your portfolio and supporting the team with training and development needs.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring all work is delivered to a high standard and in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
2. Processing member events within deadlines.
3. Peer reviewing and checking work for quality and compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
4. Communicating with members, trustees, and other third parties.
5. Supporting and sharing knowledge with the team.
6. Attending and presenting at internal and external meetings, including Trustee and client meetings.
7. Staying updated on changes affecting your portfolio or schemes.
8. Managing ad hoc projects as needed.
Applicants must be experienced pensions administrators with relevant experience in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes and strong manual calculation skills.
