Based across Birmingham £45,000 to £48,0000 per annum plus car or car allowance We are looking for a Cleaning Operations Manager to join our Central division overseeing corporate, commercial and education contracts. Reporting into the Account Director, you will manage and motivate a team of 3 field-based Managers, driving the performance of the business and operating strategies for the region. As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll be: Responsible for operational and strategic management and delivery of all services. Supporting a team of managers, working with them on the front line to maximise client retention and growth. Analysing the business and production of operating strategies for the region. Managing client engagement, and driving innovation and mobilisation of any new business wins Looking for opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and account growth. As a Cleaning Operations Manager you’ll have: Proven people management experience with the ability to motivate and coach diverse teams across multiple sites to deliver the best possible outcome. The ability to use own initiative to problem solve in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Experience gained ideally with a mixture of client groups including commercial, local authority and education. Strong commercial awareness, financial management, Health and Safety awareness and IT literacy. Passionate, flexible, trustworthy, and innovative.
