We're recruiting an experienced Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead to join a dementia, nursing, mental health, respite specialist in Brighton. In this Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead role, you'll oversee quality standards and governance across the service in Brighton, including:
Leading clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
Managing quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance
Investigating incidents and supporting risk management
Supporting safeguarding processes and best practice
Preparing services for inspections and supporting CQC compliance
Promoting strong standards in medication management and infection controlWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for a confident clinical professional who can lead and influence quality improvements, including:
A registered nurse with strong experience in governance or compliance roles such as Clinical Compliance Lead or Senior RGN.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and clinical governance
Experience leading audits, inspections, or service improvement projects
Experience supervising, mentoring, or training nursing teams
Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing and data analysis skills
Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge poor practice professionally
