Health and Safety/ Administration (Part-Time)
This role primarily focuses on health and safety responsibilities and daily record keeping of documents related to inspections, equipment services, and risk assessments. You will ensure timely uploading of documents to our system and that all health and safety advisories are addressed. Regular review and completion of risk assessments in line with Practice standards are also required.
About the role
The role covers all four branches in the area, which may include visits to ensure compliance. Responsibilities include:
* Organising work experience students and other administrative tasks from the Practice Manager.
* Collaborating with the accounts department and reporting directly to the Practice Manager.
* Organising fire marshall and first aid training for staff as renewal dates approach.
* Providing business support to Pool House, playing a vital role in the admin team.
Previous health and safety experience is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with Office 365 software is required; knowledge of additional programs is a plus. The position is currently for 20 hours per week, with potential to become full-time soon. Work will be across four days per week, with no weekends or bank holidays.
