It is with great pleasure that Butler Rose Practice is supporting our client who is looking to expand their audit team with the addition of both an Audit Senior and/or an Audit Semi Senior. Role Requirements:Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
* Assisting with or leading the planning, execution and review of audit assignments
* Identifying key risk areas and determining appropriate audit approaches
* Preparing financial statements for limited companies
* Assisting with corporation tax computations for internal review
* Supervising and reviewing work of junior team members on-site and in the office
* Providing guidance and mentoring junior staff
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Monitoring progress against budget and reporting variances
* Drafting Audit Completion Reports with recommendations for process improvement
* Following internal procedures and assisting with ad hoc office and client communications
Person Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or currently studying
* Minimum 2 years' experience in audit and accounts within a UK practice environment
* Strong understanding of UK GAAP and auditing standards
* Ability to work efficiently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of professionalism and client service focus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
