About the Role
As an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will be involved in planning and implementing activities that delight our residents, helping organize fundraising events, and encouraging social engagement based on residents' hobbies. Your role will support the well-being and happiness of our residents in a caring environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with vulnerable individuals and developing activity programmes preferred.
* Positive energy, excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills.
* Ability to communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately.
* Willingness to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training.
